Job description3–6 years of experience in Sales within BFSI / Banking / Insurance / Finance Background . Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills. Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue. Based in Kolkata or willing to relocate. Attractive CTC up to ₹6 LPA plus incentives & performance bonuses . Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business growth in BFSI products (banking, insurance, investments, loans, etc.).
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through trust and service.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across financial products.
- Meet and exceed monthly & quarterly targets .
- Work closely with teams to improve customer experience and retention .
