Designation- General Manager / AVP - Operations

At Flipspaces, Business Leaders are the backbone of our growth. They act as complete owners of their domains-whether it's

closing high-value sales, delivering bespoke designs, or driving timely project execution under operations.

The GM / AVP - US Operations will be a core leadership member, entrusted with heading the operations and back-end functions of

Flipspaces's US business. This role demands a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on execution-ensuring project excellence, profitability, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction.

What is Expected of an Operations Business Leader?

Operations & Business Leadership :

• Head operations and backend for overall accounts, ensuring achievement of business goals.
• Own P&L delivery with accountability for profitability, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Execute initiatives ranging from broad ops strategies to tactical improvements.
• Develop and implement workflows that enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Build and scale systems, tools, and processes, including evaluating new project management technologies
