Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with potential customers via phone, email, or chat to understand their requirements.
- Pitch products / services effectively to prospects and explain features, benefits, and pricing.
- Qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel (cold to warm to hot leads).
- Generate appointments / demos for the field sales or account management teams (if applicable).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up diligently on leads to maximize conversion.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.1+ year of experience in inside sales, telesales, or lead generation (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.Ability to learn quickly and handle objections confidently.Proficient in using CRMs like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc. (preferred).Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.Skills Required
