Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 (CRM) to help our organization implement and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, understanding business requirements and translating them into effective Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. You will focus on improving customer engagement, business process automation, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements related to Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing.

Design and configure Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) to meet business needs.

Map business processes to Dynamics 365 capabilities, proposing process improvements and best practices.

Customize entities, business rules, forms, views, workflows, and security roles within Dynamics 365 without extensive coding.

Support and guide technical teams in developing complex solutions such as Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and integrations.

Conduct functional gap analysis and help design fit-gap solutions.

Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), document test scenarios, and ensure solution alignment with business goals.

Assist in data migration planning and execution, ensuring data quality and integrity.

Prepare functional specifications and solution design documents.

Provide end-user training and create user manuals.

Support post-implementation activities, troubleshoot functional issues, and suggest improvements.

Stay up-to-date on Dynamics 365 CRM functionality and provide recommendations for leveraging new features.

Key Skills & Competencies :

Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications : Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing.

Expertise in configuring forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules, security models, and role-based forms.

Solid understanding of CRM data structure, entity relationships, and security models.

Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and gap analysis.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.

Experience with data migration strategies and tools (Data Import Wizard, KingswaySoft, SSIS).

Familiarity with Agile methodology and project lifecycle.

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
