Job descriptionProcess sales orders and coordinate with the logistics / factory team for timely dispatches. Track inventory and provide updates to the sales team. Communicate delivery timelines and resolve any logistics-related issues. Assist customers with order status, basic technical clarifications, and documentation. Coordinate after-sales service requests and hand over details to the service team. Maintain strong communication with distributors and channel partners. Prepare daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports on sales, orders, and dispatch status. Maintain updated records for sales leads, pricing, order tracking, and payment follow-ups. Support in generating sales performance reports for management review. Strong communication and coordination skills (written and verbal). Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), ERP / CRM software. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Job Summary :
We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing internal communication, processing orders, coordinating with factory / warehouse / logistics, and maintaining customer and distributor relationships. This is a back-end sales support role crucial to ensuring smooth operations and timely execution of sales.
