Detailed JD : Technical Skills

  • Proven hands-on experience in administering Microsoft Teams, including voice functionalities.
  • Experience with PSTN and call center integrations with Microsoft Teams.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of the M365 service landscape and its interfaces.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tool usage.
  • Proficient in using tools like Power BI and QoE (Quality of Experience) reports to monitor system performance, generate actionable insights, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Solid understanding of networking protocols including VoIP, PSTN, and SIP.
  • Experienced in configuring Emergency Calling features such as :
  • Emergency Calling Policies
  • Normalization Rules
  • Location-Based Routing (LBR)
  • E-911 setup
  • Ensuring compliance and governance in enterprise telephony systems.
  • Skilled in configuration and troubleshooting of :
  • Microsoft Teams Phone System
  • Teams Room Systems
  • Audio / Video peripherals and related hardware - (Good to Have)

Soft Skills

  • Analytical thinking and a structured working style.
  • Very strong communication skills and a proactive collaborative mindset.
  • Experience with governance and compliance requirements.
  • Certifications

  • Microsoft 365 Certified : Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700)
  • Microsoft Certified : Teams Voice Engineer Expert (MS-720)
  • Additional certifications such as MS-900, MS-101 are a plus.
