- Proven hands-on experience in administering Microsoft Teams, including voice functionalities.
- Experience with PSTN and call center integrations with Microsoft Teams.
- Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of the M365 service landscape and its interfaces.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tool usage.
- Proficient in using tools like Power BI and QoE (Quality of Experience) reports to monitor system performance, generate actionable insights, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols including VoIP, PSTN, and SIP.
- Experienced in configuring Emergency Calling features such as :
- Emergency Calling Policies
- Normalization Rules
- Location-Based Routing (LBR)
- E-911 setup
- Ensuring compliance and governance in enterprise telephony systems.
- Skilled in configuration and troubleshooting of :
- Microsoft Teams Phone System
- Teams Room Systems
- Audio / Video peripherals and related hardware - (Good to Have)
