Job Title : US Telecaller – International Sales (Digital Marketing Process)

1. Position Overview
The US Telecaller will play a key role in driving international business growth by reaching out to potential clients across the United States. The primary responsibility includes conducting outbound B2B and B2C calls , promoting the company’s digital marketing services , and generating qualified leads for the Business Development team.
This role demands excellent communication skills, familiarity with US business etiquette , and the ability to identify, nurture, and convert prospects into valuable opportunities within the digital marketing domain.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to US-based prospects to promote services such as Social Media Marketing, SEO, Website Development, Paid Advertising , and other digital marketing solutions.
- Identify and qualify leads based on decision-making authority, business needs, and service interest level.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual appointments for the Business Development or Sales team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed lead records in the company’s CRM system.
- Follow up with cold and warm leads to build relationships and enhance conversion rates.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, qualified leads, and conversions.
- Align work hours with US time zones and maintain communication standards suited for international clientele.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and optimize outreach and engagement strategies.
3. Skills and Competencies
Excellent spoken English with a neutral or US-accented tone preferred.Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills.Proficient in using CRM tools, lead tracking systems , and Google Workspace .Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and ability to explain service benefits effectively.Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality and professionalism.Goal-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Strong time management and multitasking abilities.4. Educational & Professional Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication , or a related field.1–3 years of experience in international telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation—preferably for US or UK clients .Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or IT Service Company will be an added advantage.5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of outbound calls made per shift.Number of qualified leads generated per month.Lead-to-appointment conversion rate.Data accuracy and compliance with CRM protocols.Contribution to revenue pipeline through qualified international leads.6. Work Schedule
