Assistant Manager Quality (F / M / D)

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor effectiveness of Quality procedures.
• Take decision on day to day quality issues and support effective closure of issues.
• Analyze data, perform root cause conclude result and report. (Complaints / Quality Incidents & alerts / Deviations)
• Monitor performance indicators for third party agency (customer service) and suppliers.
• Effective co-ordination with internal departments for implementation of agreed actions
• Participate in QA 16 Internal Audits
• Support in continual improvements for quality processes and procedures
