Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control and quality assurance programs to ensure
• compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and company policies
• Monitor QA / QC activities on-site, ensuring compliance with the project
• specifications, applicable codes, and companys quality policies.
• Inspect all the documents as well as construction activities and materials to ensure
• compliance with approved standards.
• Coordinate and witness third-party tests and inspections.
• Attending the meeting with the clients and management team.
• Coordinate for the the management review meetings and updating on the actions to
• be taken.
• Assist in preparing Method Statements, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), and Quality
• Checklists.
• Maintain and update QA / QC documentation, records, and reports.
• Issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and follow up on corrective and preventive
• actions.
• Support internal and external audits and help ensure timely closure of audit
• findings.
• Conduct quality awareness and training programs for site personnel.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on quality-related issues.
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of quality testing equipment
