Quality Manager ( Automation Industry)

Responsibilities -

• Planning of analysis and work allotment to QC assistant
• Monitoring analysis of Raw materials, In process Samples, Intermediates Finished products and dispatch material Basing on priority
• Documentation and Control of ISO 9001 : 2015 Implementation
• Internal quality auditor for ISO 9001 : 2015.
• Maintaining NABL accredited calibration Laboratory as per ISO IEC 17025 : 2015
• Supervise day to day calibration & Inspection activities of the laboratory
• Managing the internal audit program & conducting management reviews
• Perform inspection & testing in accordance with the quality plans & documented procedures
• Ensure complete implementation of system for raw materials, in process and final inspection
• Handling of Third Party Inspection and resolve all related queries
• Suggest improvements in production process for enhancing quality of manufactured products
• Implementation of Quality techniques
• Ensuring quality products to all customers
• Attending customers complaints
• Improving quality culture
• Maintain & ensure calibration of inspection, measuring & test equipments as per calibration schedule
• Handling of 100% QC related jobs
• Preparation of working standards, checking of documents for working standard preparation records
• and maintain all working standards
• Preparation of required Standard Testing Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures and review of existing Sop&aposS And STP&aposS
• Plans, coordinates, and directs quality control program designed to ensure continuous production
• Products consistent with established standards
• Formulates and maintains quality control objectives and coordinates objectives with production
• procedures in cooperation with other plant managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs
• Directs, through intermediate personnel, workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure
• continuous control over materials, facilities, and products
• Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability.
