  • A furniture Wooden & Stainless Steel Manufacturing is India largest Company, We Produce Sofas, PU foaming Chairs, solid Wood Tables and Accessories .
  • looking after manufacturing of complete range of office & home furniture in MFC, MDF and SOLID WOOD with the help of very
  • Responsible for process checking as per  control plan, process flow, WI, check sheets.
  • Home Decor and Furnishings : -
  • Wardrobes.
  • Wooden tables.
  • Dining tables.
  • Dining chairs.
  • Stools.
  • Furniture accessories.
  • Process audit and product audit.
  • Responsible for daily testing of all production.
  • Making MIS report of quality department on daily basis.
  • Conducting Product & Process Audit to reduce Non-Compliance & achieve Customer Satisfaction.
  • Maintained the QMS document & implement on floor.
  • Prepared PFC & MCP ( From incoming to Packing) of All style.
  • Conducting Internal Pre Production Meeting For Every new Style With Internal Quality & Production Team.
  • Conduction External Pre Production Meeting Such as-Line Review Meeting, Toll gate And TPR Meeting With Buyers PSQA Team And discussed All Manufacturing Process( From incoming to Packing) And Analysis Risk Assessment.
  • To ensure that Products Meet the Quality Requirements.
  • Quality issue handling daily & satisfy internal customer with effective solution.
  • Attending rejection meeting daily and analysis of components
  • Helping out With the Training Of New Employees.
