Lead Bartender – Full-Time (On-Site) | Mumbai

We are looking for a Lead Bartender to join our team immediately. Until we receive our liquor license, you will be responsible for developing a creative zero-proof beverage menu while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bar operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute an innovative zero-proof menu until the liquor license is obtained.
• Oversee bar staff, maintain inventory levels, and ensure quality standards.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Lead by example, providing excellent customer service and team support.
