A banquet manager plans and oversees events like banquets, weddings, and conferences. They are responsible for the front-of-house activities, including the layout of the venue, food and beverage service, and staff management.

Hotel / Hospitality / Banquet Experience is must.
Responsibilities
- Planning : Plan the layout of the venue, including the setup for food and beverage services.
- Staff management : Hire and supervise staff, including servers, bartenders, and chefs
- Communication : Communicate with clients, staff, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Problem solving : Anticipate potential problems and prevent them from occurring
- Leadership : Manage and motivate a team, delegate responsibilities, and make quick decisions
- Event coordination : Coordinate food and beverage delivery, and ensure that events meet or exceed client expectations. Oversee décor, layouts, placements and factors that add to the look and feel of the venue.
- Guest Satisfaction : Take care of the special requests and queries that come from the guests
- Food & Beverage : Monitor the food and beverages section efficiently as a banquet service manager
