Job descriptionMinimum 3–5 years of experience in high-end bars, lounges, or fine dining venues. Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and modern mixology techniques. Creative approach to cocktail development and presentation. Excellent communication and guest engagement skills. Professional grooming and a passion for the craft. We’re Hiring : Mixologist
Location : Bandra (West), Mumbai
For over 15 years, Escobar has defined premium nightlife in Mumbai, renowned for its sophisticated ambience and exceptional bar program. We are now looking for a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our team and elevate our cocktail experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and serve innovative, well-balanced cocktails and beverages.
- Curate and update the bar menu in line with current trends and Escobar’s brand identity.
- Maintain bar standards with precision, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Manage inventory, bar mise en place, and cleanliness.
- Interact with guests to enhance their overall experience.
- Train and guide the bar team to uphold service excellence.
