Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Associate, located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and facilitating training programs, and ensuring effective communication within the organization. Daily tasks will include assisting with the recruitment process, employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting various HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and organizational development.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Strong understanding of keywords for Boolen and XRay Search
• Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Sourcing through Job portals and social media.
• Cold Calling, filtering and scheduling relevant profiles.
• Generate new leads through existing candidates.
• Process specific Head Hunting.
• Following up with candidates to ensure joining.
• Superior Communication and Interaction skills.

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
