Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Chennai. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. Day-to-day tasks include implementing HR strategies, supporting talent acquisition, facilitating employee relations, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additionally, the HR Specialist will support performance management, career development, and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies skills
• Experience with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the textiles or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
