In-depth knowledge of US visa categories, USCIS processes, and HR compliance requirements .

Hands-on experience with OPT / CPT candidates and H-1B processing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work US shift hours as required.

Proven expertise in HRIS, offer letters, and US HR operations
