We are seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing & Creative Content Specialist who is equally comfortable running data-driven ad campaigns and appearing on-camera for engaging content. This hybrid role combines paid ads expertise, SEO, and analytics with a strong creative presence for reels, explainer videos, and branded campaigns.
The ideal candidate is a mix of marketer, strategist, and creator, someone who thrives on optimizing ROI while also being the face and voice of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Advertising :
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and display networks to achieve business goals.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, engagement) and provide actionable insights.
- Troubleshoot pixels, event mismatches, and attribution issues for accurate tracking.
Creative Strategy & Content :
Ideate and execute creative ad concepts, reels, short-form videos, and social campaigns.Act as a camera-friendly spokesperson / performer for video ads, reels, and explainer content.Collaborate with graphic designers and editors to deliver eye-catching ad creatives, static banners, and video assets.Website & Conversion Optimization :
Work with developers / the WordPress team to manage and optimize websites and landing pages for SEO, performance, and conversions.Ensure smooth integration of tracking codes, landing pages, and funnels.Broader Marketing Support :
Contribute to email campaigns, WhatsApp marketing, and remarketing strategies.Stay ahead of performance marketing trends and social media innovation s .Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field.1–3 years of experience running successful digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Display, Video Ads, PPC).Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Page Speed Insights).Familiarity with WordPress and website optimization.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Confident on-camera presence with the ability to perform, present, and engage.A creative, analytical, and data-driven mindset.Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Skills Required
