We are looking for an elite Performance Marketing Specialist to take the helm of our Meta advertising strategy and command a monthly budget of ~₹2 Crore . This isn't just about running campaigns; it's about owning a critical revenue driver for our business. You will have the resources, the budget, and the creative support to make a massive, measurable impact from day one. Your Impact :

• Own & Scale : You will own the entire lifecycle of our Meta (Facebook / Instagram) ad campaigns, from strategic planning and execution to massive scaling.
• Drive Key Metrics : You will be obsessed with performance, relentlessly optimizing for core business metrics like ROI, CPL, CAC, and overall revenue growth.
• Command a Major Budget : You will strategically manage a monthly ad spend of ~₹2 Crore , making data-driven decisions that directly fuel our company's success.
• Accelerate Learning : You will work in a tight-knit loop with our creative and analytics teams, driving a high-velocity testing environment to consistently uncover new opportunities and crush performance targets.
• Be the Expert : You will track, analyze, and report on campaign performance in detail, becoming the go-to expert for paid social acquisition in the company.
