Bpo Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic BPO Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building client relationships, and contributing to business growth through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound / inbound sales calls to generate leads and close deals.
• Identify potential customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable solutions.
• Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Provide timely feedback and market insights to management.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
