Job Description : Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients in both Hindi and English to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to assist clients effectively.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to client queries via email, phone, or other communication channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and resolve any challenges.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications & Skills :
