Credgenics is a leading SaaS-based debt resolution and legal automation platform.

We help financial institutions improve their collections, reduce delinquencies, and enhance customer relationships using data-driven insights and advanced technology.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers; drive execution and delivery.
Architect and maintain robust CI / CD pipelines for Python / FastAPI-based services.
Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP) using Terraform / Pulumi.
Oversee Kubernetes-based deployments, observability, and incident response.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve build, release, and monitoring processes.
Drive best practices in security, scalability, and automation.

Requirements :

5+ years of DevOps experience with at least 12 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably AWS), Kubernetes, and IaC.

Experience with CI / CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), observability (Prometheus, Grafana), and Postgres.

Familiarity with Python-based applications and microservices architecture.

Ability to balance hands-on execution with team management.

Good to Have :

Exposure to fintech or SaaS product environments.

Understanding of security and compliance practices in cloud deployments.
