About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our fully remote team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing cloud infrastructure, automating deployments, and ensuring high availability and security of our systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong Linux background, deep AWS expertise, and hands-on experience in cloud security and infrastructure automation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure on AWS
- Manage and optimize CI / CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure system reliability, uptime, and observability
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment workflows and system reliability
- Manage infrastructure as code using tools like Ansible or Terraform
- Implement and enforce cloud security best practices and governance controls
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards such as HIPAA and SOC 2
- Troubleshoot system issues across environments and perform root cause analysis
- Maintain secure Linux-based environments across development, staging, and production
- Support AI / LLM infrastructure needs in collaboration with data and ML teams
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
Must-Have Skills :
6-8 years of DevOps or related experienceStrong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda, etc.)Deep knowledge of Linux system administration and hardeningSolid understanding of cloud security, governance, and compliance frameworksExpertise in CI / CD tools like Jenkins, TravisCI, or CircleCIInfrastructure automation with AnsibleHands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS preferred) and containerization using DockerProficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.)Good to Have :
Exposure to GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and hybrid / multi-cloud architectureFamiliarity with monitoring / logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK, New Relic, etc.)Understanding of infrastructure needs for LLMs, AI / ML model deployments, and GPU-enabled workloadsAWS certification (e.g., DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect)Experience in a B2B SaaS or Healthcare domain is a plusWhat We Offer :
