Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales & BD Executive who can help us grow our client base and strengthen our market presence in industrial fabrication and project-based manufacturing.

This role involves both business development and client coordination — ideal for someone who understands engineering / fabrication work and is motivated by results.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients in power, process, infrastructure, and engineering sectors.

Generate and follow up on inquiries for fabrication, structures, and process equipment.

Support in preparing offers, quotations, and client presentations.

Coordinate with internal teams for order status, inspection schedules, and dispatch updates.

Maintain records of client communication and project progress.

Desired Profile

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering OR Graduate with experience in technical sales.

2–5 years of experience in fabrication / EPC / industrial product marketing preferred.

Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Basic understanding of fabrication drawings, BOQs, and project terms will be an advantage.

Self-motivated with ability to independently generate business leads.
