Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Identify potential B2B clients through market research, networking, and various platforms. Utilize both paid and organic channels to generate quality leads.
- B2B Calling : Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, presenting the company's services and solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Email Outreach : Design and execute targeted email campaigns to engage and convert leads. Monitor and optimize email campaign performance.
- Sales Pipeline Management : Maintain an updated CRM with accurate lead information and activity tracking. Follow up with leads and move them through the sales funnel to closure.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to align lead-generation strategies with company goals. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Market Analysis : Stay updated with market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities. Provide regular feedback and suggestions for improving outreach strategies.
Requirements :
