Job Description

• Manage all financial activities at the factory level, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with local and global financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Analyse production costs and identify areas for process improvement to enhance profitability.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to senior management.
• Collaborate with operational teams to track and optimise inventory levels and working capital.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Lead the preparation of annual audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
• Support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and recommendations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Factory Financial Controller should have :

• Qualified Cost Accountant / CMA / ICWAI / CA with at least 7 years of work experience
• Proven experience in financial management within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial reporting requirements in India
