Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Controller located in Pune. The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations, preparing and analyzing financial statements, overseeing financial reporting, and ensuring accurate accounting practices. The role entails budgeting, forecasting, and providing analytical insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• 6+ years and qualified CA
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Expertise in Finance and Financial Reporting
• Experience in Accounting practices
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
• Experience in the retail or jewelry industry is advantageous
