    Job Description

    • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
    • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in sales operations.
    • Drive revenue growth by expanding the client base and strengthening existing relationships.
    • Promote a customer-first, digitally driven business environment
    • The Successful Applicant

    • A seasoned sales and business leader with 10+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, including at least 3 years in enterprise sales leadership roles
    • Proven track record of P&L ownership and delivering strong revenue and customer growth
    • Skilled in engaging with CXOs, business owners, and promoters, with the ability to pitch complex solutions and close high-value deals
    • Strong analytical mindset with experience in cost optimization, pricing strategy, and customer lifecycle management
    • Exceptional team leadership skills, capable of building, mentoring, and motivating high-performance teams
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
    • Customer-centric, data-driven, and highly adaptable in a fast-paced digital environment
    • An MBA graduate from a top-tier institute with a passion for innovation, strategy, and driving business transformation
