Job Description
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans.

The Successful Applicant
- A seasoned sales and business leader with 10+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, including at least 3 years in enterprise sales leadership roles
- Proven track record of P&L ownership and delivering strong revenue and customer growth
- Skilled in engaging with CXOs, business owners, and promoters, with the ability to pitch complex solutions and close high-value deals
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in cost optimization, pricing strategy, and customer lifecycle management
- Exceptional team leadership skills, capable of building, mentoring, and motivating high-performance teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Customer-centric, data-driven, and highly adaptable in a fast-paced digital environment
- An MBA graduate from a top-tier institute with a passion for innovation, strategy, and driving business transformation
