- Minimum 10 - 14 years of relevant experience in front-end retail operations as cluster manager with a reputed jewellery retail brand.
- Experience in handling customer queries grievance handling
- Communication- Excellent spoken written communication skills in English regional language
- Excellent computer knowledge and must possess excellent excel skills
- Good knowledge of Point of Sale system (POS) / ERP / SAP
- Have knowledge of Business Acumen, Merchandising, Customer engagement, C-Sat NPS evaluation process, BTL activities, Stock turn Mark ups, Retail metrices P L
