What You'll Do

The Asia Regional Director is a senior position reporting to the VP of International Programs. This role is responsible for driving business strategy, operations, and growth across the Asia Pacific region. The Director will play a key role in executing ISC's global objectives while adapting strategies to meet the unique demands and dynamics of various Asian markets. This position requires managing multi-country operations, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding ISC's market presence to ensure long-term organizational success. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, financial acumen, market insight, and the ability to identify and mitigate risks. It is instrumental in positioning the organization for growth, profitability, and competitive advantage in the rapidly evolving Asia Pacific market.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the region;
• Drive revenue generation in key markets, with a target of closing $3M+ in new contracts annually.
