Business Development Manager

Job Title : Business Development Manager (BDM)Company : Interiors by Ashwiinii DongareLocation : Baner, PuneJob Overview : The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting the companys interior design and execution services. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills to expand the client base and achieve revenue targets.Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and corporate interior projects.Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and direct clients.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements.Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and design concepts in coordination with the design team.Follow up on leads, manage client communication, and ensure smooth project handover to the operations team.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.Collaborate with marketing teams to plan promotional activities and campaigns.Maintain client and project data using CRM tools and ensure timely reporting of sales performance.Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and trade shows.Qualifications & Experience : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (MBA preferred).58 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or construction industry.Proven track record in client acquisition and achieving sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong understanding of interior design trends and market demands.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Key Skills : Business Development | Sales Strategy | Client Acquisition | Relationship Management | Negotiation | Market Analysis | Communication | Target Achievement
