Role Description

The Manager – Mechatronics Presales & Proposals will play a pivotal role in driving InDeutsch's technical solutioning and presales operations , bridging the gap between customer requirements and integrated automation solutions .

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Pune , offering flexibility to work remotely while maintaining active engagement with customers, OEMs, and principal partners.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and commercial expertise in Linear Motion , Pneumatics , Gantry Systems , Robotics , Vision Systems , and Validation Platforms — with a proven ability to design and present integrated solutions leveraging technologies from Bosch Rexroth , THK , Panasonic , and Emerson .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead presales and proposal engineering for projects involving mechatronics, robotics, and automation systems .
• Develop technical solutions combining Linear Motion (THK / Bosch Rexroth) , Servo Drives (Panasonic) , and Pneumatic Systems (Emerson) into cohesive, high-performance automation setups.
• Architect and propose multi-axis gantry systems , robotic handling solutions , and vision-guided validation systems for industrial applications.
• Collaborate with the sales, design, and project execution teams to prepare concept layouts , technical documentation , and commercial proposals .
• Conduct feasibility studies , cost estimations , and ROI analyses for automation projects.
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions to clients.
• Stay aligned with partner technologies , ensuring that proposed solutions are compliant with Bosch Rexroth, THK, Panasonic, and Emerson standards.
• Engage in cross-brand integration efforts to create modular, scalable, and cost-effective motion and control systems.
• Keep abreast of Industry 4.0 trends , including smart sensors, predictive maintenance, and digital twin applications.
