AGM Finance

Our Client is a leading Real Estate developer having Pan India presence. They are looking for a DGM-Finance. Ideally, with 18+ years of experience in similar industry. Minimum 5+ years at a Strategic Leadership role in any reputed real estate development companies.

The incumbent will oversee project-based financial modeling, cost control, statutory compliance, and stakeholder reporting, ensuring optimal ROI on real estate investments and long-term financial sustainability of the organization. Evaluate project viability with detailed DCF, IRR, and ROI models considering land cost, FSI / TDR, construction cost, and sales projections; Financial Strategy & Performance Analytics; Ensure compliance with applicable laws : RERA, GST, Income Tax, IND-AS, Companies Act, FEMA, and others; Accounting, Audit & Taxation; Investor Relations & Reporting, etc.
