Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead
Business Development, Marketing, and Government Tender Management
for the
North Africa region . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, managing key regulatory relationships, and executing successful market strategies for
ARVs, HIV and Generic Specialty products .
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Market Expansion
Identify and develop new business opportunities across the
North African markets
(e.g., Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Morocco, Tunisia, Sudan, etc.).
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with local distributors, government bodies, and key stakeholders.
Formulate and implement region-specific marketing and growth strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.
2. Government Tender Management
Lead the end-to-end process of
government tender identification, participation, and submission
in coordination with internal teams.
Monitor and analyse tender notifications from health ministries, procurement agencies, and regulatory authorities.
Ensure compliance with tender documentation, pricing strategies, and post-award follow-ups.
3. Regulatory & Compliance Coordination
Liaise with
regulatory bodies
and local health authorities for product registration, renewals, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with the regulatory affairs team to ensure timely dossier submissions and product approvals.
Stay updated on changing regulatory landscapes in North African countries.
4. Product & Marketing Management
Drive marketing strategies for
ARVs, HIV and Generic Specialties
portfolio in the region.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing studies to identify new opportunities.
Support launch planning, promotional activities, and KOL engagement in coordination with medical and marketing teams.
5. Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with supply chain, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts and tenders.
Prepare periodic reports on market performance, competitor activity, and business forecasts.
Represent the company at regional trade fairs, medical conferences, and tender meetings.
Experience
Experience : Minimum
8–12 years
of experience in Business Development, Marketing, and Government Tender handling in the
North African pharmaceutical market .
Domain Expertise :
ARVs, HIV and Generic Specialties.
Strong network with regional regulatory bodies and government procurement agencies.
Proven experience in managing business from
India for African markets .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across the North Africa region.

Primary :
