  • Generating enquires and finalization of orders, Contract Management, Supporting sales and marketing functions, Forecasting and target setting.
  • Meeting customers, consultants to assess their requirements, Developing and increasing customer database.
  • Building customer relationship and post order management.
  • Payment collection from the customers as per account receivables and monitor asset management.
  • Preparing and maintaining customer database, Establishing product strategy for allotted territory or account depending on market trend.
  • Identifying and maintaining rapport with key persons in major customer organizations, Keeping customer informed, updated and equipped with product development and literature.
  • Market survey, knowing competitors, Generating and attending new enquiries, preparing sales negotiation data sheet.
  • Preparing and submitting model elevator proposal, Preparing and submitting tenders, attending pre-bid meetings, tender opening, attending negotiation meeting.
  • Make joint site visits along with construction head to meet the customer as well as assess the site condition during the sales process.
  • Maintain and update MIS on weekly basis.
  • Follow up on proposals and tenders, Negotiation and finalizing of orders, Processing of orders received.
  • Co-ordinate SIP meetings.
