Role Overview :

We are looking for a passionate Sales Officer to drive sales for our pesticide-free product range under DeHaat Honest Farms . The ideal candidate will expand our retail footprint, onboard new distributors, and ensure strong sales performance across markets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Achieve annual primary and secondary sales targets .
• Identify, onboard, and nurture new distributors and retailers .
• Ensure timely processing of claims , NOCs , and accurate SFA reporting .
• Manage inventory levels , market outstandings , and overdue payments .
• Drive promoter performance , reduce attrition, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Execute consumer engagement activities and market expansion initiatives.

What We’re Looking For :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Experience : 3–5 years in FMCG Sales, with hands-on experience in General Trade .
