Project Management and ExecutionOwn the full lifecycle of client and internal brand projects — from kickoff to delivery.Scope deliverables, create agile timelines, and revise schedules based on real-time execution bandwidth.Maintain visibility through project dashboards, progress reviews, and milestone-based reporting.Build frameworks that make execution itself a scalable system.2. Strategic Orchestration
Bridge the gap between consulting insights and creative delivery.Translate brand strategy into implementable actions across design, content, and marketing teams.Ensure every project aligns with the client’s growth objectives and Taelo’s own standards of strategic clarity.3. Internal Brand Growth & Knowledge Systems
Help strengthen internal brand assets — content calendars, play books, case studies, and thought capital.Set up SOPs, resource trackers, and learning repositories.Record learnings from each project and integrate them into process improvements.4. External Client Relationships
Act as the primary point of communication between clients and teams.Manage check-ins, expectation setting, and delivery reviews.Build long-term relationships by converting execution success into strategic trust.5. Operations & Systems
Develop and maintain lightweight but effective operational dashboards (Notion, Asana, or ClickUp).Oversee resource allocation, cross-team coordination, and performance tracking.Run retrospectives to extract insights and refine internal processes continuously.Type : In Office

Compensation : Strictly on conversion basis for the first 2 months (probational internship) following a full time conversion.
Experience level : Mid to Senior Level (2-4 years of experience)

What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
2–4 years experience in a consulting, creative, or brand agency environment.Proven record managing end-to-end brand or marketing projects.Ability to adapt workflows dynamically — planning, re-prioritising, and optimising under lean bandwidth.Familiarity with brand consulting frameworks, content strategy, and creative operations.Excellent documentation, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.Ownership mindset — you build systems, not just follow them.Proficiency in tools like Notion, Asana, Trello, Figma, or Miro.Nice-to-Haves
Domain knowledge or personal interest in sports, health, or performance brands.Experience setting up or scaling operational systems in a startup or agency.Prior involvement in brand identity, content strategy, or go-to-market planning.Organisation Structure
