Distribution Lead

Mumbai .

Role Overview :

The candidate will manage distribution, trade planning, and merchandising to ensure

95% product availability , coordinate with partners to meet sales targets, and monitor trade spends for profitability. Responsibilities include tracking stock movements, maintaining 60-day inventory with

90% fill rates , driving operational excellence with

95% OTIF , and supporting new product launches while ensuring process compliance.

Requirements :

6–12 years of experience in distribution, trade planning, and merchandising, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proven expertise in inventory management, sales growth, and cross-functional collaboration.

Budget : Up to 18 LPA.
