Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Management : Lead and manage large-scale SaaS implementation projects, overseeing the entire SDLC (e.g., agile process). You'll ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget by prioritizing effectively and managing shifting priorities.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing direct engagement through multiple end-to-end implementations. You'll build strong peer-to-peer relationships and use your discretion and excellent judgment to navigate complex situations.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Manage interactions with Icertis's internal teams, including Product Management, Customer Support, and Cloud Operations. Your ability to collaborate will be critical in driving successful outcomes.
Problem-solving & Analysis : Critically evaluate information from multiple sources to reconcile conflicts and address issues. You'll apply very strong business analytical skills to interpret data trends and formulate effective strategies.
Support & Enhancements : Oversee application enhancements and provide support, with a focus on analyzing, troubleshooting, and debugging customer issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience : 5+ years of prior experience with SaaS implementation, application enhancements, and support for large global organizations.
Technical Acumen : Knowledge of SaaS, Microsoft technologies, and Cloud services is essential.
Methodologies : A good understanding of SDLC (e.g., agile process), project management, and support processes (ITIL).
Certifications : A PMP, Six Sigma, ITIL, or other relevant certifications are required.
Education : A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is necessary, while an MBA and / or Management Consulting experience is preferred.
Core Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication, superb time management, and the ability to work under strict deadlines.
