Role Overview :
The Process Excellence and Digital Transformation Lead will analyze, design, and optimize organizational processes across functions and regions.
The role calls for a strategic and systems-thinking professional who can connect the dots between people, processes, and technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong product mindset, AI curiosity, and the ability to translate business challenges into scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
This is a hands-on role that combines process design, change management, and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process Improvement : Conduct detailed reviews of current processes to identify inefficiencies and standardize workflows.
- Process Design & Implementation : Build and implement improved processes aligned with organizational goals.
- Technology & AI Enablement : Partner with the tech team to design AI-driven tools and internal products that digitize workflows and automate routine processes.
- Change Management : Drive adoption of new processes and systems through effective communication and training.
- Strategic Projects : Lead process-focused initiatives, ensuring measurable outcomes.
- OKRs & SOPs : Support teams in defining OKRs, building SOPs, and ensuring consistency across regions using AI-enabled playbooks.
- Continuous Improvement : Create a culture of efficiency, standardization, and innovation across teams.
Key Requirements :
Experience : 4-8 years in process excellence, digital transformation, or business process improvement.Prior experience in corporates or late-stage startups (34 years old) preferred.Proven track record in process design, implementation, and scaling across teams or geographies.Exposure to AI tools, automation frameworks, low / no-code platforms, or digital products.Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.Experience with OKRs, SOPs, or operational frameworks.Lean / Six Sigma certification or equivalent preferred.Strategic mindset with the ability to combine structure and or MumbaiReporting to : Head of AI
