We are looking to fill a CMDB Manager (Specialist Configuration Management)

Role : Specialist Configuration Management

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 10+ years

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain the CMDB ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Manage ITSM platform integrations (Freshworks, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira, etc.).
• Define and maintain CI attributes, relationships, and dependencies .
• Work on vulnerability mapping using tools like Qualys or Tenable.
• Develop configuration management policies and procedures in line with ITIL best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for CMDB alignment and reporting.
