Role :  Team Lead – Statutory Compliance

Location :  Bengaluru (Work From Office)

Openings :  1

Experience :  4 to 7 years

Salary :  Up to ₹5 LPA

Industry :  Compliance

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure timely statutory remittances (PF, ESI, PT, LWF) before due dates

Coordinate with clients for inputs related to statutory remittances, registers, and returns

Initiate and oversee one-time compliance activities (Factories & Shops)

Update compliance portals (EY, Legatrix, Lexcare, etc.) as required

Requirements :

Minimum 4–7 years of experience in Labour Law Compliance (Factories & Shops) & Payroll Compliance

Strong communication and presentation skills
