What You'll Do -

Looking for an opportunity to drive impactful HR tech solutions In this role, you'll lead Taleo configurations, support enterprise-wide projects, and enhance user experiences across the platform. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, resolve complex issues, and deliver scalable system improvements.

You'll report to Manager, Systems Software Engineering.

During a Typical Day, You'll

• Provide functional and technical expertise for new Taleo initiatives.
• Configure the Taleo platform to enhance internal and external user experience.
• Participate in enterprise-wide project teams to solve complex business problems.
• Resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues related to web tools and integrations.
• Perform detailed configuration and manage code migrations between environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process and system improvements.
• Oversee design, deployment, and compliance of new Taleo functionalities.
