Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Time Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing and developing solutions, and supporting HR processes through Oracle HRMS applications. This role demands both technical proficiency and functional understanding to bridge the gap between business users and Responsibilities :

• Work on Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Time Management modules of Oracle EBS HRMS.
• Perform design, development, troubleshooting, and unit testing for both standard and custom requirements.
• Support business users during month-end and payroll closure activities.
• Participate in data migration and integration activities between Oracle HRMS and third-party systems.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, workflows, and extensions using PL / SQL, BI Publisher, OAF, Forms Personalization, and REST APIs.
• Manage workflows and Unix scripts for automation and system optimization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
• Provide production support, enhancements, and continuous improvement in HRMS processes.
• Mentor and guide junior team members and assist business partners in adopting new solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices and maintain high-quality Skills and Experience :

Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS with strong exposure to :

1. Core HR

2. Payroll

3. Benefits

4. Absence and Time Management
