We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager (Account-Based) to design, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and measurable ROI. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B account-based marketing (ABM), data analytics, and multi-channel campaign execution across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities (KRA) :
- Develop and execute account-based performance marketing strategies targeting high-value B2B clients.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and programmatic platforms.
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to define target accounts, buyer personas, and campaign goals.
- Create personalized ad journeys and messaging for different stages of the buyer funnel.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and minimize CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
- Drive continuous A / B testing and conversion rate optimization across landing pages and ad creatives.
- Integrate marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo) for precise audience targeting.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to align campaign assets with brand tone and messaging.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards for leadership and client presentations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising, analytics, and account-based marketing technologies.
Key Skillsets :
6-8 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years in account-based marketing.Proven expertise in managing high-performing paid campaigns across search, social, and programmatic platforms.Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Display / Retargeting tools.Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Power BI.Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead scoring, and pipeline acceleration strategies.Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.Creative problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate insights into impactful actions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).(ref : iimjobs.com)
