  • Domain : Property & Causality (Insurance) Mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements and drive alignment.
  • Confirm requirements, manage approvals, and ensure consistency between business and IT teams.
  • Support projects throughout their full lifecyclefrom discovery through delivery.
  • Develop and maintain process flows, use cases, BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
  • Assist in solution testing and validation to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively across technical teams, business units, and Experience : Minimum 6 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Documentation Skills : Proven ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive requirements documentation.
  • Stakeholder Management : Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams.
  • Methodologies : Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
  • Tools : Proficiency with workflow tools (Visio, Lucid chart).
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and SQL (ServiceNow implementation experience preferred but not required).
