Key Responsibilities :

• Generate and nurture qualified leads through online and offline channels
• Conduct property site visits, presentations, and follow-ups with clients
• Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication and negotiation
• Plan and support marketing campaigns, property events, and promotional activities
• Coordinate with digital marketing and creative teams for campaign execution
• Maintain and update a database of leads, prospects, and sales activity in CRM tools
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings
