Designation : Professional Development Coach

Department : L&D - Academy

Location : Ahmedabad

Shift Timing : 1 PM to 10 PM IST

Eligibility Criteria

• 3 years of relevant experience in the Learning & Development function, in the capacity of a Trainer or in a higher-level role.
• Proven experience in training, coaching, or mentoring professionals in soft skills or leadership development.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to design learner-centric and tailored training content.
• Experience in organizational development, HR, or L&D roles preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher-level education
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Preferred : Certifications in Coaching, Training, or Learning & Development,

Preferrable Local candidates
