Manager / Sr. Manager - Quality Assurance (Field Quality) - Western Region

AMPIN energy is looking for a Field Quality Lead for Western Region for our C&I projects. If you have an expertise in delivering top notch quality in Wind and Solar projects, this role is for you!

How you will contribute :

Implement and oversee regional Project & Field Quality Plans in line with ISO and contractual standards.

Lead site audits, inspections, and ensure timely reporting (WPR, NCR, PQR).

Coordinate with consultants and site teams to resolve quality issues and close NCRs.

Supervise erection, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment per FQP, MOS, and OEM guidelines.

Maintain QA / QC documentation and ensure smooth project handover with compliance tracking.

Monitor quality metrics, drive improvements, and conduct staff training.

Stay updated on solar tech trends and lead continuous improvement of regional quality systems.

Ideal skills for this role include :

Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, Quality Management or a related field with Minimum 8+ years of experience in Quality Management & Control in the solar & Wind industry.

Knowledge of the software AutoCAD is mandatory and STAAD Pro awareness will be an extra advantage

Good communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality technical reports within the predefined deadline

Demonstrated experience developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential quality issues

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant quality control software.
