Job Profile

The Airline Ticketing Executive is responsible for managing ticket sales & reservations for both domestic & international travel. Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate booking information, and handling any travel-related queries or issues. Work closely with airlines, Operations & Sales Team and customers to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Responsibilities

• The job involves managing and processing flight bookings for both domestic and international destinations.
• The role involves addressing ticketing inquiries, assisting customers in selecting suitable flight options, and handling cancellations, changes, and refunds in accordance with airline policies.
• Process payments for bookings and ensure transactions are secure and compliant with company policies.
• Liaise with airlines to confirm reservations, obtain flight schedules, and manage seat allocations

Requirements

Location : Mumbai

Salary : 2.5 LPA to 4 LPA
