Job Overview : We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Ticketing Staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Key Responsibilities : - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Process ticket reservations, changes, and cancellations accurately and efficiently - Answer customer inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, fares, and company policies - Handle cash and credit card transactions for ticket sales - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely flight operations - Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and transactions - Adhere to all company and industry safety regulations and protocols - Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner - Keep the ticketing counter and surrounding areas clean and organized Qualifications : - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in the airline or travel industry is preferred - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Proficient in using computer systems and software - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time - Fluency in multiple languages is a plus Contract Details : This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
